Why do some people never get depressed?

well, sometimes we have problems that can make us anxious and unhappy, about some of life’s upsetting experiences – marriage breakdown, unemployment, being single for a couple of years, failure of any kind – many people become depressed. tetapi sebagian orang merasa tidak depresi. why ?

orang yang tidak merasa depresi dan bisa melaluinya dengan baik dalam ilmu psychology dinamakan “resilence”. orang yang selalu bisa mengontrol kesedihannya mungkin selalu bahagia. hehehe

why do i post this? did i get a problem? honestly yes i did. it’s the reason i would like to and need to “resilence”.

hidup itu selalu tentang “memilih”. memilih untuk sedih atau tidak, memilh untuk marah atau tertawa jika sedang dihina. memilih untuk jadi good guys or bad guys.

bagiku untuk menghilangkan kesedihan dalam menghadapi masalah adalah dengan berdamai dengan masalah dan hati kita sendiri. Do not dwell too much. remember, we live here just one time so we have to happy whole our life. always believe that Allah have another plan for our good.

They also won the Families United Positive Role Models at the Spirit of London Awards. The group, initially known as Swift Moves, formed in 2004.
